Job Description
- Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to generate sales opportunities and build relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the logistics company's services, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management solutions, to effectively recommend services to customers.
- Sales Strategy: Identify new business prospects, generate leads, and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Quote Creation: Prepare and present customized quotes for customers based on their specific logistics needs and requirements.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure long-term business relationships while ensuring company profitability.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of logistics services.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify new needs, and promote additional services.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior Employment in shipping lines (preferred but not required).
- Overseas Experience not less than 3 Years.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and related services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
