General Accountant

Accounting:

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Control and Review projects that Related to Revenue & Direct Cost
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and Cost entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Perform month-end prepayments and accruals
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
• Assist in preparing the taxation reports in Egypt
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
• Report to management regarding the financial activity of the company
• Keep documentation of all internal transaction
• Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions, or compensation.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves or promotions.
• Assist in Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions
• Track employees' absences (regular/irregular)
• Assist in keeping employees' hiring documents completed
• Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees' commitment regarding the policies.
• Responsible for company outings and events
• Ensuring the quality, prices, and timing of the supply
• Follow up on price changes
• responsible for employee requests related to office needs such as Laptops, Screens, Mousse and keyboards
• Dealing with all types of suppliers
• Negotiate to provide the best quotations
