Job Description

The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the development and continuous improvement of financing products. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, stakeholder requirements, and market trends to develop financing solutions that deliver value and enhance the user experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy:
   • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for financing products that aligns with the company's business objectives and customer needs.
   • Continuously analyze the market, competition, and trends in the financial sector, particularly around B2B and B2C financing solutions.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.
   • Communicate progress, risks, and updates regularly to all relevant parties, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
3. User-Centered Design and Customer Feedback:
   • Work closely with the UX/UI teams to ensure financing products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet customer expectations.
   • Conduct user testing and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
   • Ensure all financing products comply with regulatory requirements, financial standards, and risk management protocols.
   • Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
5. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
   • Lead product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
   • Develop and execute GTM strategies, ensuring the product is effectively positioned in the market.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, market changes, and business priorities.
   • Stay informed of new trends, technologies, and best practices in financial services and product management.
