Job Description
- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Clinics objectives to increase patient acquisition and retention.
- Creates and develops awareness of our Clinics.
- Plans, oversees, and optimizes marketing campaigns across digital platforms, traditional media, and community events to reach target audiences effectively.
- Tracks marketing performance monitors the progress of campaigns using various metrics, and submits reports of performance Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities.
- Creates compelling content for online and offline channels, including social media, websites, print materials, and advertisements.
- Collaborates with internal teams (such as medical staff, administration, and Patient Relations) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Analyzes market trends, conducts competitor research, and identifies opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Plans and organizes events, workshops, and health fairs to engage the community and raise awareness about Clinic services.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a surgeon or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities
- Skills in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation
- Skills in interpersonal and project management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
