Job Description
- Prepare and update Project Schedule Baseline.
- Estimate project’s cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost; …. etc..
- prepare tender documentation queries to confirm and collect any missing data.
- Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
- Working on new projects/tenders’ proposals and quotations.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and from (1) to (3) years of experience as a cost estimation engineer is required for consideration.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in using Primavera
