Job Description

 

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of programs and projects through a disciplined IT project management process in close collaboration with business partners, team members and various IT functions. This individual will assume end-to-end accountability for single or multiple concurrent projects and large programs consisting of multiple projects.
  • Manage the Service Delivery team including IT Ops, Infrastructure (Data centers, Servers & Network), Security Ops, Incident Management, IT user support and associated third party services
  • Accountable for the networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi and Mobile) ensuring a suitable level of performance, security, and contingency
  • Manage the performance and availability of the Network infrastructure including core routers & switches, data center and WAN switches, firewalls, load balancers and other network appliances.
  • Devising and establishing IT policies & procedures
  • Ensures server, desktop and network assets are regularly patched and upgraded with vendor updates as and when required according to group and local policies.
  • Ensures regular backups of business-critical servers/databases are taken and maintained.
  • Manage Microsoft technologies like domain, SharePoint, and MS Office 365 and arrange user trainings as applicable.
  • Develop and manage IT Security policy and formal security framework.
  • Support department heads and shared services teams with system related issues by problem solving or coordinating solutions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or assigns to other tech team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendor regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating, and following up as required.
  • Configure security and user access within Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM as it relates to business process configuration, approvals, and reporting needs.
  • Consult on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application.
  • Well Experienced in creating reports using SQL/PLSQL
  • Experience resolving production tickets by doing root cause analysis and adhering to SLAs.
  • Lead Provide recommendations based on Account Reconciliation leading practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science or similar subjects s
  • +10 years of experience
  • MCSE, CCNA certificates is a must
  • Mobile application support & POS experience is preferred
  • Office 365, desktop, laptops, CCTV, NVR and firewall's support experience is a must
  • Data center management & Dell servers support experience
  • Cisco switches layer 3 configuration and management is a must
  • Analytical thinking way & can work under pressure
