Job Description
- Responsible for initiating plant raw material & pack material needs on monthly basis.
- Sending reports for current safety stock and highlight any out-of-stock risks.
- Sending raw materials & pack materials needs plans for purchasing with requested delivery dates.

- Review and update any bill of material.
- Responsible for all bottle molds capacity planning.
- Supply chain SPOC with WH for RM stocks visibility and accuracy.
- Responsible for safety stock planning.
- Weekly analysis for raw material & pack material current situation.
- Highlight production lines losses in terms of materials.
- Provides lead time (LT) analysis and recommends forecasted material ordering based on Operations & Maintenance plans in order to ensure timely availability of material requirements
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
- Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
- Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production and update any bill of material.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in commerce/supply chain.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Has basic understanding of supply chain fundamentals and cost analysis.
