Job Description

  • Responsible for initiating plant raw material & pack material needs on monthly basis.
  • Sending reports for current safety stock and highlight any out-of-stock risks.
  • Sending raw materials & pack materials needs plans for purchasing with requested delivery dates.
  • Review Responsible for initiating plant raw material & pack material needs on monthly basis.

  • Review and update any bill of material.
  • Responsible for all bottle molds capacity planning.
  • Supply chain SPOC with WH for RM stocks visibility and accuracy.
  • Responsible for safety stock planning.
  • Weekly analysis for raw material & pack material current situation.
  • Highlight production lines losses in terms of materials.
  • Provides lead time (LT) analysis and recommends forecasted material ordering based on Operations & Maintenance plans in order to ensure timely availability of material requirements
  • Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
  • Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
  • Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production and update any bill of material.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in commerce/supply chain.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Has basic understanding of supply chain fundamentals and cost analysis.
