Job Description

  • Handle onsite medical claims and requests
  • Follow-up with medical insurance companies on approvals
  • Handle emergency cases for corporate accounts with the insurance company
  • Act immediately on any critical cases
  • Use multiple means to communicate with medical insurance companies
  • Provide reports as needed

Job Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Commerce, Law)
  • Not Suitable for Medical and Pharmaceutical Studies
  • From 1 to 2 years experience max. in the same post
  • Proven work experience as a Medical administrative assistant
  • Hands-on experience with medical software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with medical and insurance legislation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Very Good English Language is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Respectable and Presentable
  • People-oriented
  • Residence of Alexandria are welcome to apply
