Job Description

  • Working with recruiters to find applicants to fill open positions .
  • Use data and statistics to make informed decisions that solve Team problems .
  • Finding new talent sources for Recruitment team .
  • Researching new opportunities in how the company can find and attract better candidates.
  • Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent in English
  • Has a strong database and connections.
  • Good Knowledge about Recruitment cycle process.
  • People & Target Oriented.
  • Experience from 4-7 years in recruitment .
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • General understanding of financial compensation packages
  • Strong understanding of applicant-tracker systems.
