Job Description
● Lead the front-end development team, guiding and mentoring team members ● Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to develop efficient, responsive, and scalable front-end solutions ● Ensure the quality and consistency of the front-end codebase, and maintain coding standards and best practices ● Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members ● Develop and maintain front-end architecture and design patterns ● Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends, and recommend their use when appropriate ● Drive technical innovation and improvements across the front-end development team ● Provide technical guidance to project managers and stakeholders
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field ● At least 8 years of experience in front-end development ● Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) ● Experience with front-end build tools and preprocessors (Webpack, Gulp, Sass, etc.) ● Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress, etc.) ● Experience with Agile development methodologies ● Excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
