Job Description
- Provide functional support for incidents/issues in Finacle core banking
- Investigate user problems, identify root cause, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
- Functional Support for activities including End of day, End of month and EOY activities.
- Provide business analysis and requirements gathering support for end-users
- Functional support and configuration the Bank’s Finacle Banking application in line with business requirements and Service Level Agreements.
- Facilitating seamless integration with other interdependent software applications, business analysis and requirements gathering, application testing, report development.
- Configuration, patches, update and upgrade management of the Finacle Banking system
- Knowledgeable in IT disaster recovery plan and execution . Ensure that core banking application tools and data are available on DR site at any time required.
- Document any necessary procedure related to Finacle Banking application for reference.
- Actively manage the timely resolution of outstanding defects or issues impacting the business
- Finacle technical support and bug fix/customizations
