Evalueserve is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Research Manager to lead and oversee the execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of research methodologies, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving successful research outcomes, in line with our customers’ expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned research projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and manage research teams, including analysts, researchers, and external vendors.
- Design and execute research methodologies, including survey questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis techniques (quantitative & qualitative).
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence & Competitive Intelligence teams, Data Analytics teams, Design teams, etc.) to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into business decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in primary & secondary research.
- Proven experience in managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
- Advanced excel and PPT capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience in managing project teams and effectively delegating tasks.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
