Job Description
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support the Marketing & Communications in organizing various projects
- Assist in developing creative concepts for CRIF Gulf such as new brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral wherever required for business meetings or presentations
- Execute the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, product literature, quarterly newsletter, invitations, event materials etc.
- Assist in development of marketing strategies, as well as analyzing the success of marketing initiatives.
- Developing brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence for all marketing material
- Assist in planning and delivering exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, meetings etc.
- Administering CRIF Gulf’s overall positioning, content and messaging
- Creating presentations for management meetings
- Enhancing website to incorporate latest technology to reach target audience whilst driving website traffic, search engine optimization
- Management of third-party agencies wherever required
- Assist with writing of press releases, articles or posts, case studies
- Enter and maintain leads into CRM as needed
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field (desirable)
- 3-6 years work experience in the field of Marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing) and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Adobe CS - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, and Social Media Management is desirable
