Job Description

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support the Marketing & Communications in organizing various projects
  • Assist in developing creative concepts for CRIF Gulf such as new brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral wherever required for business meetings or presentations
  • Execute the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, product literature, quarterly newsletter, invitations, event materials etc.
  • Assist in development of marketing strategies, as well as analyzing the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Developing brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence for all marketing material
  • Assist in planning and delivering exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, meetings etc.
  • Administering CRIF Gulf’s overall positioning, content and messaging
  • Creating presentations for management meetings
  • Enhancing website to incorporate latest technology to reach target audience whilst driving website traffic, search engine optimization
  • Management of third-party agencies wherever required
  • Assist with writing of press releases, articles or posts, case studies
  • Enter and maintain leads into CRM as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field (desirable)
  • 3-6 years work experience in the field of Marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing) and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, and Social Media Management is desirable

  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in dealing with multiple departments within an organization
  • Organized with proven administration experience
