Job Description
- Follow up on leads and win new clients.
- Follow up with the customer (details, designs, packing, delivery dates, loading & payment).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
- Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
- Develop, maintain excellent knowledge and understand of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Preferred experience in the field of Glass Tableware.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
