Job Description

  • Update Attrition Report with resigned & terminated
  • Get confirmation from all stakeholders before confirming to agency to proceed with the exit process
  • Request business justifications & Finance approvals / sponsors on EOS - ensure resignation submission
  • Track XR contract types & end dates & handle the renewal approval cycle
  • Collect information from Agencies about any financial or legal impact of changing or closing current contract according to their local law
  • Coordinate finalizing com plans with sponsors, Finance & ensure vendor agencies shares com plans with resources
  • Manage the whole process of annual bonus and merit increase exercise with exceptional cases across MEA 
  • Request remaining vacation balance for the agencies and updated vacation policy according to their labor law
  • Handle the CS hiring requests and log this information in an Excel File and send an email to MEA finance for MCAPS and sponsor for non MCAPS to provide Cost Center, Account Element & Budget for this request.
  • Routing the request to hire to the relevant vendor agency in the country of hiring.
  • Obtain a quotation from the vendor agency for the selected candidate and pass on this information to staff member responsible for PO creation with background ID
  • CS report showing data by individual CS with details of new joiners & leavers.
