Job Description

Job Summary:

University Assist seeks a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Educational Representative to build relationships with potential students from Egypt and the Middle East. In this role, you will proactively engage with leads, provide expert guidance, and showcase the value of our services to help students achieve their academic goals in Germany.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify, contact, and qualify potential students through various channels (phone, email, online chat).

- Student Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand student profiles, academic backgrounds, and desired programs of study.

- Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate student eligibility for German universities based on established criteria.

- Service Presentation: Clearly articulate University Assist’s offerings, benefits, and pricing structure to potential students.

- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and nurture leads, scheduling appointments with qualified candidates for further admissions counselling.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student interactions and progress records within our CRM system.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to optimize lead qualification processes and enhance the student experience.

- Additional Support: Contribute to projects as needed, such as market research, marketing material development, or administrative tasks.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or education counseling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic. (German proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory)

- In-depth knowledge of the German education system and university application process (Preferable but not mandatory)

- Strong lead generation and qualification abilities in the education sector.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and other relevant tools.

- Must have a laptop
