Responsible for the Project on site planning activities from the initiation till the project closure.
Able to Develop, Update, and Maintain special types of Schedules ( fabrication, installation or handover)
Reviewing the site's updated schedules in detail, checking the implementation of all contractual requirements and that the updates reflect the correct status.
Evaluate the allocation of execution resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
Track, monitor, and forecast the progress of all construction, installation, and maintenance activities.
Through accurate reporting on Work Package progress, ensure that all functional activity on the project is coordinated and ensure that problems are resolved promptly to prevent negative impact on the project.
Provide regular reports and feedback to department and top management on project progress and critical issues.
Create what-if Scenarios if required for specific or general situations of the project.
Recording delays & making root cause analyses for it, reviewing submitted claims by external parties, and participating in the contractor’s Claims preparation.
Create and Update Dashboards and different Progress and ad hoc Reports such as (Earned Value, Trend Analysis, etc.…) for Projects to show the different Project Controls KPIs.
Define and report on any potential risks or opportunities.
Maintain the project records.
Issue Executive Reports and prepare visual representations that clearly depict current project information and status to the department and Top management.
Ensure implementation of the relevant scope of work in accordance with the company and project procedure/work instruction.
Revise B.L budgets to fix the datum line for the project.
Ensure that any deviation in any item in the budget should be attached with an uplift form if the Actual cost is more than the Budget only.
