Job Description
- Defining products/CKD codes, descriptions into the ERP system master database.
- Transferring damaged parts to the damaged location to sustain healthy stock.
- Generating internal warehouse physical count documents on a quarter basis.
- Monitoring inventory transactions and following up pending transactions at ERP system.
- Preparing all required stock movement reports.
- Archive receiving documents including invoices, customs samples.
- Acting in the capacity of work in the warehouse as the warehouse Supervisor during his absence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Computer and Microsoft Office Application Skills.
- Should be familiar with Oracle ERP system
- Recognizes and understands part numbers and alpha/numeric codes
- Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
