Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and drive our business growth in the online services sector, with a strong focus on the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, building partnerships, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring the company’s market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Monitor market trends and analyze competition to stay ahead.
2. Market Expansion & Partnerships:
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to maximize profitability.
• Drive market penetration strategies in the Saudi digital ecosystem.
3. Sales & Revenue Optimization:
• Develop pricing models and revenue strategies for online services.
• Optimize sales processes and ensure targets are met.
• Work closely with Marketing acquisition and retention.
4. Operational & Financial Oversight:
• Manage P&L (Profit & Loss) for commercial activities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business standards.
5. Customer & Market Insights:
• Leverage data analytics to enhance decision-making and customer engagement.
• Work with product and tech teams to refine service offerings based on customer feedback.
• Stay updated on Saudi market regulations related to online services.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years in commercial management, sales, or business development within online services, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
• Business Acumen: Experience in P&L management, strategic partnerships, and revenue optimization.
• Tech & Digital Expertise: Familiarity with digital marketing, online payment solutions, and digital transformation.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and market research.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in sectors such as fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital services.
• Previous experience working with Saudi-based businesses or multinational companies targeting the region.
• Strong network in the Saudi business and digital ecosystem.
