Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Client Interaction & Consultation:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via social media platforms, email, phone and other communication channels.
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities.
  • Travel Package Development:
  • Design customized travel packages for leisure and corporate travelers.
  • Ensure travel packages align with client requirements, including themes, budgets, and durations.
  • Research trending destinations, special offers, and travel insights to enhance package appeal.
  • Booking & Reservation Management:
  • Handle all aspects of travel reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
  • Coordinate with travel aggregators, airlines, and suppliers to ensure smooth bookings.
  • Modifications & Follow-Up:
  • Process travel changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay proactive in updating clients about itinerary changes or other essential details.
  • Invoicing & Quotations:
  • Prepare detailed and accurate invoices and quotations for clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of financial documents, adhering to company policies.
  • Supplier Relations:
  • Collaborate with travel aggregators, suppliers, and wholesalers to secure competitive rates and availabilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners to provide clients with exclusive offers and benefits.

Job Requirements

 

  • Education: Diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in travel consultancy, customer service, or reservations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel trends, and suppliers.
  • Proficient in using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for managing client inquiries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Passion for travel and exploring new destinations.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
