Job Description
Communication with the design team to review material selection
Coordinating the material selection and approval with the client
Preparing the technical drawing package
Communication with the project’s owner for any technical follow-up
Communication with the construction team for any technical support
Elaborating the technical specs to the subcontractors before contract signing
Quantity surveying to provide the BOQ with accurate quantities from drawing
Ensure the work done in the site is aligned with the approved drawings and specs
Coordinate with technical consultants or the owner representative
Provide technical guidance to the design team and foster a collaborative work environment.
Review and approve architectural drawings and plans.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficient in architectural design software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
