Job Description
1- Supervise the accurate running of the production process according
to the production plan.
2- Work in shop floor excellence and applying knowledge of processes
involved, production methods, and products.
3- Manage all communication with supervisors and technicians,
support all teams, ensure efficiency of all fabrication processes, and
resolve all issues for processes.
4- Manage and reconcile all work orders with Plan all materials for
new products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and
administer product orders and ensure compliance to all timeframes
for all fabricated products.
5- Following up on external sites.
6- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and
directs setup and adjustments of machines.
7- Trains employees in work methods and procedures.
Job Requirements
1- B.Sc. in production engineering and mechanical design.
2- Experience in steel, piping construction, and electromechanical is a
plus.
3- Knowledge of basic welding technology.
4- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
5- Strong interpersonal skills that motivate people to achieve their targets
and non-smokers.
6- Fast learner, with strong analytical skills and a will to learn new things
7- English is a must, written and verbal.
8- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9- Excellent computer skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office).
