Job Description
- Support the engineering team and follow up on the assigned tasks.
- Review the project data and send any required queries.
- Review the model and drawings and assure to meet the client and the specification requirements.
- Coordinate with the workshop other departments to assure smooth workflow.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Promote adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and team performance.
- Support the professional development of team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements
- Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- 8-10 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in Tekla structures, Autocad, MS Office.
- Design and Material control back ground is a plus.
