Job Description
- Monitor and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, track, and report inventory issues.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Manage materials master data and profiling in accounting aspects.
- Ensure accuracy of material consumptions allocation to cost accounting and within budgets.
- Monitor Organization’s MRP against purchasing, Production, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain Material preservation documentary cycle, procedures, and policies.
- Investigate inventory system errors and provide solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of standard business software applications (MS. Dynamics is preferred).
- Excellent in Excel and analysis tools Like PBI.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
