Job Description
- Support all Project Phases, with a particular focus on detailed engineering.
- Responsible for assignments of structural engineering and communicating with other engineering disciplines.
- Investigate, plan and design structural solutions for a variety of storage solutions project.
- Responsible for completing structural analysis and designing complex steel Structure.
- Responsible for the preparation of construction drawings and specification packages.
- Responsible for creating and reviewing structural shop drawings.
- Prepare detailed design reports and drawings.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in steel structure projects and Consultant Office is a must
- Experience in the design of steel structures fabricated from cold-formed sections is a plus.
- Good Knowledge of applicable codes addressing structural design and engineering (e.g., AISI, EN1990-1-1, IBC, ASCE, AISC).
- Proficiency with structural engineering and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, IDEA Statica) is required.
- Previous experience in value engineering in steel structure projects.
- Experience with Tekla structure is a plus.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce quality work under the constraints of the project
