We are seeking a person for our client real estate group located in New Cairo is Hiring a Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients and guests
• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
Base Verify clients information
• Manage waiting room
• Handle administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Work environment:
Days off: Friday and Saturday
Working hours: from 10 am to 6 Pm
Job Requirements
Qualifications
. New Cairo resident or near area
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience as a receptionist , admin or related field.
• Very good English language.
• Very Good computer skills
