Job Description

Follow up all the clients regarding to collection.

Maintain PO wise details in excel and also mention credit period for such PO

Raising the invoices for clients assigned.

Follow up for Purchase Order and maintain the list of all the clients which have no purchase order.

Maintain expenses details for clients and invoice on time while following up before expiry of PO

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Degree preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience on the said field.
  • Excellent skills using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Access)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong Organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
