Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Seinor Medical Sales Representative to join our esteemed team in Cairo , Alex. This role is pivotal in promoting and expanding the market presence of our premium cosmeceutical products among healthcare professionals.
Location: Cairo , Alex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote and sell cosmeceutical products to dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to foster brand loyalty and product advocacy.
- Deliver accurate and scientifically sound product information and updates to healthcare professionals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall market share growth.
- Plan and execute product presentations, educational workshops, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and territory coverage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, clinical data, and relevant industry developments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science (Biology/Chemistry), or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience as a Medical Representative, preferably within the cosmeceutical, nutraceutical, or beauty sectors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven customer-centric approach.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
