Job Description
- Instructional content creation.
- Working with SMEs to identify key needs of the targeted group.
- Creating engaging learning journeys for adult professionals.
- Creating and evaluating lesson plans.
- Developing learning courses material graphically.
- Creating and evaluating storyboards of E-learning modules.
- Creating engaging thematic E-learning modules.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology, for (4 years).
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
- Good command of authorizing tools like Articulate Storyline 360.
- High command of Microsoft Office software (word, PowerPoint)
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
- Visual design skills (Adobe package) is a plus.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
