As a Product Design Researcher at Classera, you will be a vital contributor within our dynamic product design team and the larger product team. Your primary focus is to understand our users deeply. Collaborating closely with product managers and owners, ensuring our products not only stay innovative but also deeply resonate with user needs and expectations. You will uncover, analyze, and leverage user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, taking ownership of the user perspective in every aspect of our design decisions. Your role includes setting the roadmap for different products' design directions based on empirical UX research findings. Additionally, as part of your research duties, you will actively contribute to the development of robust design systems, streamlining our design processes.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a comprehensive research repository to store valuable user insights.

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand user behaviors and preferences.

- Analyze and leverage empirical data to inform and guide design decisions based on research findings.
