Planning and executing mechanical designs using 3D CAD programs.
Reverse engineering of mechanical parts using both tradition measurement & Software.
Manipulate and modify all sorts of cad files ( STL. IGS , Step, DXF ) if required .
Reading and conversion of 3D Scan Data strait out of 3d scanners.
Combine and align stl files to a 3D coordinate system relative to the zero position.
Repairing mesh points generation and modifying of stl files.
Rebuild stl files as 3d cad feature based model.
Machine element design of mechanical parts ( Gears , Cams , Shafts )
Documenting the design process, iterations, and experiments analytics.
Preparing design specifications documents Including 2D Drawings and material specifications.
Prepare manuals of Assembly & disassembly sequence of Mechanical systems.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Proficiency with engineering design programs such as Solidworks. certified user is favorable
Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices ( gear,bearing,cam calculation , etc) .
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Attentive to detail and critically minded.
The ability to stay abreast of advancements in technology and engineering design trends.
