Job Description
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Prepare and modify shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Coordinate civil/Architecture shop drawings with electromechanical components.
- Participate in solving and reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office team leader for discussion and proper solution.
- Cooperate with procurement department in determining qualified suppliers and subcontractors to meets the technical needs for the project.
- Monitor project daily progress vs. plan and schedule to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Oversee site activities to control cost and avoid exceeding budget limitations.
- Conduct quantity survey activities to ensure accuracy of consumed quantities.
- Prepare clients and subcontractors demands / VOs.
- Manage document control activities on site.
- Any other related assigned if requested from direct manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil engineering or similar degree.
(4-7) years of experience in technical office & site supervision.
Construction background is a must
Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
Mastering different drawing tools-Revit is preferable.
