Job Description
- Oversees the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
- Conduct risk management and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager
- MBA or relevant certification (CMA/CFA) is a must
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- A manufacturing industry background is a must
