Job Description
Objective:
the Technical Office job is to work closely with the CEO to drive data-driven decision-making processes within the company. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze complex data, extract key insights, and develop actionable plans to improve company performance. The candidate will also be responsible for collecting feedback, following up on initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic projects. The role requires strong data analysis skills, technical expertise, and effective communication.
Scope:
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze operational, and technical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Use statistical and analytical tools to forecast future trends and performance metrics.
- Action Plan Execution & Follow-up:
- Work with the CEO and leadership team to develop strategic action plans based on data-driven insights.
- Follow up on recommendations to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and drive growth.
- Collaborate with different departments to align technical initiatives with company objectives.
- Develop and cascade action plans based on identified opportunities for improvement.
- Track the progress of initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely implementation and report on outcomes to the CEO.
- Feedback Collection & Improvement:
- gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Analyze feedback data to continuously refine action plans and strategies.
- Propose new solutions based on feedback and changing business dynamics.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Present complex data findings and insights in a clear, concise manner to the CEO and senior management.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update leadership on the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a bridge between the technical team and executive leadership, translating technical insights into actionable business language.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 1 to 2 Years’ experience in data analysis, add on: business intelligence, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, extra : Python, SQL, or specialized software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and report directly to senior leadership.
Extra Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

Experience:
- Fresh Graduates with less than 2 Years’ Experience
