Senior Social Media Specialist

• Plan and execute social media calendar for all platforms.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content
• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Business Support etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Support all interactions of customers on official social media pages.
• Support onsite events
• Respond, transfer and follow up the online complaints/requests and escalating when necessary.
• Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues.
• Create sponsored campaigns on social media channels.
• Communicate with influencers and pages to share our content through them.
