Warehouse QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist

This position is responsible for reviewing quality standards for the WH (Warehouse) and ensure evidences are collected correctly and kept managed

Also he is responsible for the products inspection at incoming and outbound processes of the WH.

• Develop and apply quality standards for warehouses and work hand to hand with the facility team to improve and sustain quality performance
• Implement and follow-up for inspection of incoming and outbound products for warehouses
• Work with the facility team to close the non-conformities and comments results from audits and visits
• Investigate for root causes of complaints and develop effective actions to prevent recurrence
• Train and develop a facility team for quality culture and requirements to raise knowledge and ease processes

Targets

• Complaints rate related to WH improvement by 50% Vs baseline
• CAPA closure for non-conformities of facility above 85%
• Passing audits on facility
