Job Description
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of the design process.
- Work with architects and other designers to ensure that designs meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other documentation.
- Coordinate and lead design meetings with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is progressing smoothly.
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure that they meet quality standards and client expectations. • Manage the distribution and tracking of design documents and drawings.
- Ensure that design standards and procedures are followed by all team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as project management and construction, to ensure that designs are integrated into the overall project plan.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the design process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a similar field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity preferably with an architecture, design or construction firm
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with project managers and subconsultants.
- Proficiency and experience using current design software, including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other modeling software programs such as Rhino and 3D Studio Max.
