Job Description

  • Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services through different channels (social media, phone, website …), survey old customers to measure satisfaction rates and customized surveys requested, and also ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

KEY ROLE-SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through different channels.
  • Acknowledging, resolving or escalating customer complaints.
  • Knowing our Services & Products very well so that agent can answer questions.
  • Use the system to record and document customer’s complaints and surveys.
  • Work in rotational shifts to make outbound calls to make surveys and follow up complaints & social media moderation. 
  • Send daily report for daily activities along the shift. 

Job Requirements

  • English Good.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Customer service experience from 1 to 3 years.
  • Very good in using Microsoft office (Excel, power point & word)
