Job Description

We hiring sales admin ( Real Estate Brokerage ) 

Basic salary + Commissions 

  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock record office expenditure.
  • Organize and chair meetings with staff
  • Typing the agenda and taking minutes.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations.
  • Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise Framework.

Job Requirements

  • Only ready to work as soon as possible.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office , CRM , property finder platform
  • Aware of the sales daily, weekly and monthly reports.
