Job Description

  • Handle  inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Provide support and information about rideshare and app-based transportation services (by email)
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies/procedures
  • Create and update folders and databases with personal, financial, and other data
  • Process and manage customer accounts
  • Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded
  • Contribute to our Client's brand image and improvement of services

Job Requirements

  • Good English is a must 
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts, the last shift for girls ends at 9 PM 
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
