Job Description

Job Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for achieving the target sales in his specific export region.
  • Manage and grow existing customer sales volume, revenue, and product mix (e.g. order taking, Payment conditions setting and follow-up the implementation & the relevant financial guarantees, budgeting, facilitating communication between customer’s requirements and production/planning).
  • Analyze and study new markets’ needs, prepare and implement the penetration plan for his region.
  • Approach and develop new customers sales in his region.
  • Manage the export operations and process from all aspects (logistics / products solution design, costing, pricing, client’s Incentives scheme and service offering) to achieve the Business objectives & budget.
  • Initiate, setting and negotiate the prices / contracts with the “Customers to agree on the framework and ensure compliance with the Egyptian law, international regulations and laws and export market local law in coordination with the Legal & Contracts Departments.
  • Formulate business requirements and identify the opportunities and threats to be discussed with the customer to set the optimal business framework and account development plan.
  • Manage marketing intelligence activities to track market trends and competitors’ activities and market share to identify new business opportunities in terms of sales potential, new services and/or business partners.
  • Monitor targeted market requirement of insulation products specifications.
  • Work closely with R&D, operations, and other internal teams to ensure that our products meet target market requirements in terms of technical specifications, packaging, testing, certifications and all other aspects.
  • Monitor the products availability and coordinate with operations teams in to ensure loading dates and highlight the & ensure keeping appropriate stock for repeated items in coordination with the quality & Logistics Departments.
  • Handling all documentation activities related to commercial scope "Customer creation, Material creation, pricing, identify proper offer type in SFDC and setting the pricing to be approved by the Export Manager, invoicing, banking and customs clearance & managing documentation requirements through a close follow up with all related stakeholders.
  • Manage & follow up with all related governmental authorities “Customs, Chambers of commerce, Export Control, Port Authorities” to fulfill all export activities requirements & new decrees in coordination with Supply Chain Department.
  • In coordination with business development team, manage sales & marketing budget for each country and anticipate expenses, plan the budget, track expenses, and execute within the defined budget.
  • Close follow-up with logistics to ensure smooth, efficient, sustainable transportation rates.
  • Coach and lead sub-ordinates to achieve the export strategy and objectives in his region

Job Requirements

Job requirements

  • Solid Experience in Export Field preferably in Asia/ Africa & Europe. 
  • Very good Knowledge of Sales Techniques.
  • Very good in leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving Skills.
  • Construction building material experience is an asset.
  • Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
  • Knowledge of other languages (French ,..etc) would be a plus

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Production) 

                

Experience: 

8-12 Years in Export field.
