Job Description
Area Manager
Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and
procedures across all restaurants.
* Monitor and evaluate operational performance, including
food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and
compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Implement operational improvements and initiatives to
enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify
improvement areas and promptly address any issues.
* Optimize day-to-day activities
* maintaining financial reports and achieving targets
* Motivating and monitoring staff to meet their targets and
helping them to achieve their goals
* Providing training opportunities or development programs
for their staff
* Implementing action plans that lead to change or
improvement
* Ensuring quality control of products and customer service
across their area Complete daily activity reports
* Perform daily management duties.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality
Management, or related field (preferred).
* Proven 5 Years of experience in restaurant management,
with a track record of success in multi-unit operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
* Applicable Standards and Certification knowledge (ISO,
PMP, HACCP )
Located in Saudi Arabia, Mecca And Jeddah
