Our ClientA regional leader and a major international player in large scale projectsYour ResponsibilitiesLead, support and assess feasibility studies, concept designs, schematic design, detailed design, construction documentation and employer’s requirements works Oversee design and technical review support for all projects Engage with and monitor external consultants ensuring adequate knowledge transfer Participate in all aspects of RFP and tender processes Manage internal and external communication Suggest ways to achieve continuous improvement of processes Comply with information security policies, procedures and requirements at all times Your QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architecture or related field Master’s degree in architecture is an asset At least 6 years of experience in a similar role involving design and/or project management Experience in leading the design of large-scale urban and mixed use projects is highly preferred Experience in the planning and design of large-scale urban and mixed-use projects Knowledge of sustainability Knowledge of local government agency requirements and procedures in Abu Dhabi Experience in eco-cities, smart cities, green developments and similar technology-intensive developments is desirable Exceptional communication skills and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environment.
