We are a big company need Senior Training Specialist
The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees, implement training and development plans to perform excellent sales and customer service level.

Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
Genuine interest and appreciation of cosmetics industry
High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and people management skills
From 4-6 years of experience in a related filed.
Bachelor's degree; Certificate/ diploma in management will be preferable.
Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic, English.
Proficient in all MS Office applications with an emphasis on MS Excel
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
