Job Description
A Software Projects Coordinator for multiple projects.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Lead planning and execution of client-facing cloud-based projects.
- Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan.
- Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Provide project reporting to multiple stakeholders and senior management.
- Use appropriate strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on supportive forces during all project stages—concept, definition, planning, implementation, and close-out.
- Promote IT standards and best practices for project management to ensure system quality, adherence to standard methodologies, and effective use of IT resources.
- Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Follow up with the technical support team.
Job Requirements
- IT background is essential.
- Proven experience as a Technical Projects Coordinator.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive business relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
