Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist to be responsible for assisting in the creation of posts and publishing content on all social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, good analytical skills, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, publish and share new content.
- Come up with new strategies and content ideas.
- Monitor customer engagement, and come up with conclusions.
- Handle community management.
- Benchmark competition.
- Follow up on visuals to be sent out from the team and the designer.
- Follow the calendar of the month closely.
- Work with the team in an agile environment.
Job Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent certificate.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Ability to generate and read reports.
- Fluent in English.
