Job Description
- Controlling the security daily operation.
- Collaborating with department managers to determine security needs.
- Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
- Assist in preparing security plan for all sites of the company.
- Manage and lead responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
- Assist in selecting security points and security men.
- Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
- Assist in preparing monthly shifts schedule for in source and outsource security men.
- Review daily reporting issued by camera observer and take decision about it.
- Reviewing camera records and take notes about the violations, which made inside the Company.
- Participate in conducting weekly meetings with the security supervisors and reminds them about the security instructions and duties.
- Conduct investigation about violations and incidents with keeping in touch with the responsible security man.
- Create, implement, and communicate security policies and procedures.
- Assign the security guards and determine the areas they will be responsible for to ensure maintaining a safe working environment
Job Requirements
- Must 3-5 years prior experience in Hospitality Field, huge operation or similar role.
- Can relocate to Sharm El Sheikh
- Certified from Police or Military Academy.
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent Management Skills.
