Job Description
- Complete Project Management and Cost Management Services.
- Coordination of contractors on building projects.
- Coordinate with onsite representative.
- Resolve field issues in cooperation with A/E
- Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings
- Assist in CPM schedule updates
- Support office staff with answering correspondence and changing order reviews in Risk Management.
- Baseline Management and Change Control.
- Coordination and integration of field activities.
- Responsible to conduct regular meetings to guide the Contractors on the roles of all parties associated with the Project and entire development, reporting procedures, information flow, and project status.
- Ensure that the Contractor is submitting daily reports, which are properly reviewed and endorsed by the A/E Consultant.
- The incumbent will oversee and ensure that the A/E Consultant is fulfilling its duties and obligations with regard to site inspection, mock-ups, sample approvals, material approvals, shop drawings approvals, and replies to Contractor’s queries.
- Manage the appointment of Specialists to perform tests of material and equipment for conformance with the Contract documents.
- Develop in coordination with the other members of the Project Management Team and the Project Team construction strategy.
- Regularly review weekly and monthly reports as presented by the Contractor and present it to Project.
- Director Commentsof non-compliance, and/or area of concern and corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- 10 - 13 years of experience.
- Consultant Engineering background is a MUST.
- Management experience is a MUST.
