Job Description

Job Summary: The Quality Section Head will oversee the quality assurance and control processes within our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of leading quality initiatives and teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control processes and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the quality team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Review and approve quality documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality-related topics and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, e.g., MS Office, quality management systems].
