Job Description

  • Represent Al Ahly Momkn inside the strategic accounts (Universities, Clubs, Governments authorities, Microfinance & etc.….) for electronic cash collection  
  • Act as the primary focal point for customers in processing cash-in or cash-out services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for customers 
  • Ensure all interactions with customers are conducted professionally to deliver an exceptional experience. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or relevant  
  • 0-3 years of experience in relevant field
